By enrolling in the Magi Card Science Certification Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 calendar days of the official program start date (September 1st). After the 15-day refund period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

• Choosing not to participate, attend classes, complete assignments, or finish the program does not qualify for a refund after the refund period has ended.

 

• If you select a third-party financing option such as PayPal Pay Later, PayPal Credit, or Affirm, your financing agreement is between you and the financing provider. Approval, payment schedules, interest rates, and financing terms are determined solely by the provider and subject to their terms and conditions. You remain responsible for fulfilling your payment obligations to the financing provider even if you discontinue participation in the program after the refund period.

 

• This program includes digital educational content, live mentorship, community access, recorded classes, and downloadable materials.

 

• Participants receive lifetime access to the course materials included in the program. Access to the software provided with the program is limited to the access period associated with the selected enrollment option. Students who pay in full receive two years of software access. Students using third-party financing or payment plan options receive one year of software access.

 

• Live classes, Q&A sessions, and community discussions may be recorded and used for educational purposes, future course materials, and promotional content. You agree that your participation can be shared with others in the future. You can choose to keep your personal information private, just request such ahead of time.

 

• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all program requirements and at the discretion of the program leadership and mentors. Payment alone does not guarantee certification.

 

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct within the program community. We reserve the right to remove participants from the program or community for disruptive, abusive, unethical, harassing, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

 

• We do not guarantee any specific personal, spiritual, professional, or financial results from participation in this program.
